Non Refundable Policy
Payments made for bookings (including Add-Ons, if any) are strictly non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy
Unless stated otherwise by us when bookings are made, all bookings cannot be amended, modified or cancelled except for change of Guest name. Any booking cancellation or failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date will be treated as a no-show in respect of a booking and will result in the total payment under that Booking Confirmation (including any applicable tax paid) be forfeited.

For bookings made directly to our Reservation Department, Credit Card is required to secure and guarantee a reservation. Hotel reserves the right to charge to guest’s Credit Card, without prior notice, for the NO SHOW of a guaranteed reservation.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, no changes or cancellation will be allowed for promotional bookings. Please read the terms and conditions of the relevant promotion carefully, which terms of promotion shall apply to the booking and shall be binding on you.

Terms and Conditions

Reservation Confirmation:
A deposit is required to obtain a ‘confirmed reservation’. Payments can be made either by American Express Card, Visa Credit Card and MasterCard. Please read the cancellation policy before committing to a reservation.

Payment Security:
We value and uphold the privacy and security of all our guests. Hence, our Hotel system is protected by the latest security technology and upon check out, your credit card information is directly transferred to the back and securely tested.

Room Occupancy:
Maximum of 2Adults + 1Child per Deluxe King/Twin and Premier King room, maximum of 4Adults + 1Child for Premier Family Room and maximum of 06Adults + 2Children for Family Suite. Room/s reservation with breakfast is not for child/children sharing existing bed/s with parents/adults nor for more than the number of paying adults as stated in respective room/suite categories. For further information on child breakfast charges, kindly contact our Front Desk Crew.

Child Policy:
Free of Charge for child below 4 years old sharing existing bed with parents or 2 paying adults in a room. Meal charges for child ages between 5 and 11 years old are 50% off adult rate.

No-Show Policy:
No refund will be entertained for failing to check in on the expected date of arrival. If more than 1 night was booked, the subsequent night’s reservation will be cancelled automatically (no refund) unless the Hotel receives at least a 24hrs notification from guests.

Shorten Stay Period:
Subject to prior notification of at least 24 hours to our Reservation Dept.

Special Request:
Prior arrangement must be made and subject to availability.

NON-Smoking:
ROSA MALACCA is a strictly NON-SMOKING hotel within its building. Failing to follow the rule will result in a RM500 fine. Designated smoking area is located at the ground floor parking area.

Pets:
No Pets allowed in this hotel room and hotel premise at any time
